View Thumbnails Window: Download .PDF

The Download .PDF button appears on the View Thumbnails window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.

If you click the Download .PDF button, Fax Everywhere will display the Windows Open window. From this window you can select a location on your hard drive to download the .PDF file to. After you download the .PDF file, you can use Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the .PDF file.

You can also download or view a .PDF file in one of the following ways:

• click the PDF file button in the PDF column on the Fax Archive window.
  
  
• click the Download .PDF button on the View Fax window.
