Downloads to be Imported… Window

Before the PC Access Flyer Program launches, it searches your Agent subdirectory for MLS listing files that you have already downloaded using PC Access. The Flyer program displays the Downloads to be Imported… window if it detects files in your Agent subdirectory that have not been imported into the Flyer program.

The Downloads to be Imported… window displays information concerning downloaded (but not yet imported) MLS listing files.

·  The Selected column displays a check box for each file found in the search. By default, all files are selected. Toggle the check box to select or deselect a file.

·  The Date/Time column lists the date and time the file was downloaded. The time is only listed if more than one file was downloaded on the same day.

·  The File Name column lists the path and file name of each file found in the search.

After selecting the files to import to the Flyer program, click the Load Selected Listing Files button to continue launching the Flyer program.

When running for the first time, the Flyer program prompts users to enter Agent Setup data.
