The following options are available from the File drop-down menu of the Template Designer window:

· Edit Template Description: Allows you to enter a new description for the current template. The Flyer program displays this description under the image of the flyer in the Template Gallery window | Gallery tab and also in the Description column of the Template Gallery window | Browse tab. Enter the new description in the text box and click the OK button to complete the change. Click the Cancel button to discard any changes and return to the Template Designer window.

· Printer Setup: Allows you to modify your printer settings. The Flyer program uses the standard Windows print system. Unlike PC Access, the Windows default printer for your system is the default printer for the Flyer program. Refer to your printer manual and/or Windows Help for instructions on changing your printer settings.

· Set Page Border Width: Allows you to define, in increments of 1/100 of an inch, the width of the outside border of the template. The default value is 3, which creates a 3/100 of an inch border around the template. To change the border width, enter a new value in the text box and click the OK button. Click the Cancel button to discard any changes and return to the Template Designer window.

· Override Page Size: Allows you to set a page width and height and print scale factor for the current template. The default values are Printable Page Width, 8.00; Printable Page Height, 10.00; Print Scale Factor, 100.00. To change the default value, enter the new value in the appropriate box and click the OK button. The new page size will apply to all printers. Be careful not to specify values that are larger than any of your printers can handle. Refer to your printer's manual for guidelines on setting page size. The Print Scale Factor will not be saved with the rest of the template information. When you exit the Template Designer, the Print Scale Factor reverts to the value set in the Options window. Click the Cancel button to discard any changes and return to the Template Designer window.

· Save: Choose File | Save or CTRL + S to save changes while working in the Template Designer window. You may also click the Save button on the toolbar of the Template Designer window.

· Exit: Choose File | Exit to close the Template Designer window and return to the Template Gallery window.
