Filter Options Group

The Filter Options group allows you to set parameters that control which listings are displayed in the table. The filter option is particularly helpful when working with a large number of downloaded listings. For example, you may want to only display listings downloaded within the last month, but would like to maintain a record of all listings downloaded within the past year.

The dates in the Only display Listings downloaded between boxes correspond with the dates in the Date Downloaded column of the Printing Wizard | Step One window. You may enter dates manually in these boxes, or you may click the down-arrow buttons to display a calendar from which you may choose a date. Another way to select a date range is to use the buttons on the right side of the Filter Options group.

·  Click the Today button to only show listings downloaded today.

·  Click the 1 Week button to only show listings downloaded within the last week.

·  Click the 1 Month button to only show listings downloaded within the last month.

·  Click the All Dates button to show all of your Downloaded Listings.

The Show Listings that were already printed check box corresponds to the Already Printed? column of the Printing Wizard | Step One window. By default, the Printing Wizard | Step One window only displays listings you have not yet printed. You must click the Show Listings that were already printed check box to display listings in the Printing Wizard | Step One window after printing them.
