Program Manager
The program you normally see first when you run Windows versions 3.1x. Program Manager organizes your Windows programs into groups and lets you run them by clicking their icons. Many Program Manager replacement programs are available, such as Tabworks and Dashboard. (Windows 95 and Windows NT replace the Program Manager with the Taskbar, Desktop, and Explorer; see your online help.)
