Installing the Flyer Program

Before you install the Flyer Program, verify that PC Access for Windows is operating on your computer.

Search for PC Access for Windows on your system by using File Manager, My Computer, or Explorer. By default, PC Access for Windows installs to the following path:

C:\PCAWIN.

If you cannot locate PC Access for Windows on your computer, DO NOT attempt to install the Flyer program.

After verifying that PC Access for Windows is installed on your system, find your PC Access Flyer Program distribution diskettes in the shipping container. Begin the installation with the first PC Access Flyer Program diskette.

1. Place the diskette into your PC and run the setup program.

   · In Windows 3.1x, pull down the File menu item in Program Manager. Select Run… from the File menu.

   · In Windows 95 or NT, select Start | Run… from the taskbar.

   In the Command Line field on the Run dialog type:

   A:SETUP.EXE

2.Press the Enter key. (You may need to use B: in the aforementioned command, depending on your system specifications.)

3. The PC Access Flyer Program SETUP.EXE prompts you for a Destination Directory. This directory must be the same directory in which PC Access for Windows is located. The default Destination Directory is C:\PCAWIN.
   
   
4. If PC Access for Windows is installed in C:\PCAWIN, click the Next button on the setup window. If PC Access for Windows is installed under another directory, use the Browse button on the setup window to locate the proper directory, then click the Next button.
   
   
5. Follow the screen prompts to complete the PC Access Flyer Program installation.

The setup program creates a PC Access Flyer Program Group with a Pcaflyer icon and an Uninstall icon. While clicking the Pcaflyer icon in this Program Group will launch the software, it is not the preferred method. Click here for complete instructions on starting the PC Access Flyer Program.
