PC Access Flyer Reference Guide
for PC Access Flyer 1.02.022
Quick Start: Instructions
This section will provide you with basic instructions on how to initiate an online MLS session, download listings, personalize your Agent Setup data, and print a flyer.
- Start PC Access for Windows. From the PC Access Main Menu window, click the Call MLS button. Log into the MLS and conduct a search for residential listings. See: Sample VISTAinfo Maestro Online Session if you would like to review a sample VISTAinfo Maestro online session.
- Choose Flyer or Brochure as the download format (depending upon your MLS provider).
- Click the Regular Photos radio button, then click OK from the Download Tagged Listings window.

- Wait until PC Access completes downloading the files and select Yes to run the Flyer program. PC Access decompresses the photos you just downloaded then Flyer imports the data file.

- The first time you run PC Access Flyer it displays the following prompt:
Would you like to enter your Agent Setup information now?
Select Yes to enter your Agent Setup information.
- Enter your personal information into the Agent Setup window. If you don't have anything to type into one or more of the fields on the Agent Setup window, make sure you delete the sample text leaving the line completely empty. Click the Main Menu button.

- Click the Printing Wizard button on the Flyer Main Menu window.

- From the Printing Wizard Step One window, click Deselect All, then select a single listing. Click the Templates button.

- Select a template from the Printing Wizard Step Two window (by clicking it), then click the Preview button.

- From the Printing Wizard Step Three window, click the Print All button.

Congratulations! You've just created your first flyer using the PC Access Flyer Program.
