PC Access Flyer Reference Guidefor PC Access Flyer 2.00.025Address Book Window: Add Address Entry
The Add Address Entry window appears when you click the Add button on the Address Book window. The Add Address Entry window contains the following fields: · Name: type the name of the person you would like to add to the Address Book window. The name you type in the Name field appears in the Name column on the Available Names pane and in one of the Send Flyers windows. You must not leave this field blank. · Greeting: in the Greeting field, you can type in a greeting, such as Dear. The greeting appears in the Greeting column on the Available Names pane and may appear in one of the Send Flyers windows. The Greeting field is optional. · E-mail Address: type the e-mail address of the person you are adding to the Address Book window. You must not leave this field blank. Here is a sample e-mail address:
Note: you must type your recipient's e-mail address correctly. E-mail addresses can be difficult to spell because they often contain unusual sequences of letters and punctuation. If you type an e-mail address incorrectly, your recipient will not receive your messages. Always double-check the E-mail Address field. When you complete the above fields and click OK, PC Access Flyer displays the entry you added in the Recipients pane. To e-mail your flyer to the name in the Send To pane, click the OK button on the Address Book window. If you would like to move an entry from the Recipients pane to the Available Names pane, highlight the entry and click the < button.
