Address Book Window: Delete

The Delete button appears on the Address Book window.

To delete an entry from the Address Book window, click on the name or greeting in the Name or Greeting column on the Available Names pane. PC Access Flyer:

· highlights the row containing the name or greeting you selected.

· places an arrow in the first column in the Available Names pane.

Next, click the Delete button. PC Access Flyer will display the Address Book: Delete Entry? confirmation window.
