Address Book Window: Edit Address Entry

The Edit Address Entry window appears when you click the Edit button on the Address Book window.

The Edit Address Entry window has the following fields:

· Name: the name of the person currently on the Available Names pane of the Address Book window. To edit the name in the Name field, click on the text in the Name field and begin typing. The name in the Name field appears in the Name column on the Available Names pane and may appear in one of the Send Flyers windows. You must not leave this field blank.

· Greeting: to edit the text in the Greeting field, click on the text in the Greeting field and begin typing. The greeting appears in the Greeting column on the Available Names pane and may appear in one of the Send Flyers window. The Greeting field is optional.

· E-mail Address: the e-mail address of the person in the Address Book window. You must not leave this field blank. Here is a sample e-mail address:

sseller@realestate.com

Note: you must type your recipient's e-mail address correctly. E-mail addresses can be difficult to spell because they often contain unusual sequences of letters and punctuation. If you type an e-mail address incorrectly, your recipient will not receive your messages. Always double-check the E-mail Address field.

· Created: the date you added this entry to your Address Book.

· Expires: the Expires field may contain a date or may show Never. You can specify a period of time to keep entries in the Address Book window. For more information, see: Days to Keep Inactive Addresses on the E-mail Setup window.

When you finish editing the above fields and click OK, PC Access Flyer displays the entry in the Available Names pane of the Address Book window.
