Address Book Window: Send Flyers by Listing

The Send Flyers by Listing window is one of five similar windows that can appear as your last step in e-mailing one or more flyers.

·  You began e-mailing one or more flyers by clicking the E-mail the Flyer Shown button or the E-mail All Flyers button on the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window or the History List | Step 2 window.

You can use the Send Flyers by Listing window to personalize the e-mail message you will send with your flyer or flyers, by typing whatever text you like into the Message Body field.

The Send Flyers by Listing window lets you type a message into the Message Body field for each flyer you are e-mailing. Each name in the Recipients pane will receive the same message you typed for each listing. After you type a message for the first listing, click the Next button to advance to the next listing. When you reach the last listing, the Next button caption changes to: Finish. When you click the Finish button, PC Access Flyer sends your flyers.

Here are the ways you can make this window appear:

· You are e-mailing more than one flyer, or to one or more recipients, and on the Send Flyers Options window you checked only the Customize the message for each listing check box in the Customize Messages group.

The following items appear on the Send Flyers by Listing window:

· Listing: the Listing label shows the address of the current listing. This is the listing you are typing a message for in the Message Body field. If you selected more than one listing on the Flyer Wizard | Step 1 window or the History List | Step 1 window, clicking the Next button updates the Listing label to the next listing. The Listing label shows where you are in the sequence of listings, for example: Listing 1 of 2.

¨ The address in the Listing label appears in the subject line of your e-mail message.

· Message Body: use this field to type a message for the current listing to the name(s) in the Recipients pane. When you finish, click the Next button to proceed to the next listing. When you finish typing a message for the last listing, click the Finish button to send your flyer(s). Once you click the Next button, there is no way to recall the message you typed, so check your typing before you proceed to the next listing.

¨ Any line breaks or spacing you type in the Message Body field will go directly into your e-mail message(s).

¨ The Send Flyers by Listing window provides no direct way to save the Message Body text. However, the Message Body field works like a Windows editor: you can right-click in the Message Body field to display a popup menu with the usual editing commands (Undo, Cut, Copy, Paste, Delete, and Select All). If you need to save something you typed in the Message Body field, you can select it and copy it to the clipboard with this popup menu.

· CC this message to me: check this box if you would like PC Access Flyer to e-mail a copy of your flyer to you. PC Access Flyer will e-mail a copy of your flyer to the e-mail address you entered in the My E-mail Address field on the E-mail Setup window.

Checking the CC this message to me check box, overrides the affects of a check mark in the Use sender's address in To: field when blind copying (BCC) flyers field in the BCC Flyers group on the E-mail Setup window.

¨ The CC this message to me check box setting is persistent. That is, PC Access Flyer will retain your setting for this check box the next time this window opens, until you change it.

· Delete Message Body: when you type text into the Message Body field, PC Access Flyer will carry over the text from message to message. If you want to type a different message body for a successive message, you may find it easier to click the Delete Message Body button and start over.

· Recipients: the Recipients pane contains two columns. The Send this Listing column and the Name column.

¨ Send this Listing: each check box in this column tells PC Access Flyer whether to send the current listing to the names on the Recipients pane. By default, PC Access Flyer will automatically check all the boxes in this column. If you do not want to send the current listing to a particular recipient, uncheck the box next to the recipient's name. The boxes you check for the current listing do not affect any other listings.

¨ Name: the Name column contains the recipients you selected on the Address Book window. The Name column in the Recipients pane is display-only: you cannot add or remove recipients on this window. If you need to change your Recipients list, you will have to click the Cancel button to navigate back to the Address Book window. (Depending on how many listings and recipients you selected earlier, you may also need to click the Cancel button on the Send Flyers Options window.)
