Address Book Window: Send Flyers by Listing and Recipient

The Send Flyers by Listing and Recipient window is one of five similar windows that can appear as your last step in e-mailing one or more flyers.

·  You began e-mailing one or more flyers by clicking the E-mail the Flyer Shown button or the E-mail All Flyers button on the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window or the History List | Step 2 window.

You can use the Send Flyers by Listing and Recipient window to personalize the e-mail message(s) you will send with your flyer or flyers, by typing whatever text you like into the Message Body field.

The Send Flyers by Listing and Recipient window lets you type a personalized message into the Message Body field. The Send Flyers by Listing and Recipient window allows you to send a personalized message for each flyer you are e-mailing and to each recipient. PC Access Flyer will then send the flyer(s) with your personalized message to each recipient you specified on the Address Book window.

Here are the ways you can make this window appear:

· You are e-mailing one or more flyers to more than one recipient, and in the Customize Messages group on the Send Flyers Options window you checked the following check boxes:

¨ Customize the message for each recipient

¨ Customize the message for each listing

In the Message Entry Order group on the Send Flyers Options window you checked this radio button:

¨ Enter message for each recipient, then go to next listing.

The following items appear on the Send Flyers by Listing and Recipient window:

· Listing and Recipient: these labels display the current combination of listing and recipient for which you are typing a message in the Message Body field. For example, these labels may display: Listing 1 of 2 and Recipient 1 of 2. When you finish typing a message and you click the Next button, the Recipient label advances to the next recipient. If you were on the last recipient when you clicked the Next button, the Recipient label returns to the first recipient, and the Listing label advances to the next listing. In other words, the rightmost label increments faster.

¨ The address in the Listing label appears in the subject line of your e-mail message.

· Message Body: use this field to type a message for the current listing to the name in the Recipient label. When you finish, click the Next button to proceed to the next recipient for the current listing. When you finish typing a message for the last listing, click the Finish button to send your flyer(s). Once you click the Next button, there is no way to recall the message you typed, so check your typing before you proceed to the next combination of listing and recipient.

¨ Any line breaks or spacing you type in the Message Body field will go directly into your e-mail message(s).

¨ The Send Flyers by Listing and Recipient window provides no direct way to save the Message Body text. However, the Message Body field works like a Windows editor: you can right-click in the Message Body field to display a popup menu with the usual editing commands (Undo, Cut, Copy, Paste, Delete, and Select All). If you need to save something you typed in the Message Body field, you can select it and copy it to the clipboard with this popup menu.

· CC this message to me: check this box if you would like PC Access Flyer to e-mail a copy of your flyer to you. PC Access Flyer will e-mail a copy of your flyer to the e-mail address you entered in the My E-mail Address field on the E-mail Setup window.

Checking the CC this message to me check box, overrides the affects of a check mark in the Use sender's address in To: field when blind copying (BCC) flyers field in the BCC Flyers group on the E-mail Setup window.

¨ The CC this message to me check box setting is persistent. That is, PC Access Flyer will retain your setting for this check box the next time this window opens, until you change it.

· Delete Message Body: when you type text into the Message Body field, PC Access Flyer will carry over the text from message to message. If you want to type a different message body for a successive message, you may find it easier to click the Delete Message Body button and start over.

· Recipient: the Recipient label contains the name in the Name column on the Available Names pane in the Address Book window. If you selected more than one name from the Available Names pane, clicking the Next button updates the Recipient label to the next recipient. The name in the Recipient label does not appear in your e-mail message.

· Skip: if you decide that you do not want to e-mail the flyer in the current combination of listing and recipient, you can click the Skip button to move to the next combination of listing and recipient.
