PC Access Flyer Reference Guidefor PC Access Flyer 2.00.025Address Book Window: Send Flyers Options
PC Access Flyer displays the Send Flyers Options window before it opens one of the Send Flyers windows. You can use the Send Flyers Options window to tell PC Access Flyer how you want to customize the e-mail message(s) that contain your flyer(s). The Send Flyers Options window opens when you click the OK button on the Address Book window, unless you are sending just one flyer to just one recipient. (For a review of how you specify the number of flyers and recipients, see: Send Flyers Windows.) Your selections on the Send Flyers Options window affect what you will be able to do on the Send Flyers window that will appear when you click the OK button. The Send Flyers window represents the last step in e-mailing one or more flyers. On the Send Flyers window you can type a message to send with each flyer. The Send Flyers Options window lets you control whether you will send the same message with all your flyers, or whether you will type a separate message for each flyer or for sets of flyers. The following groups appear on the Send Flyers Options window: · Customize Messages group: ¨ Customize the message for each recipient: clicking this check box allows you to enter a separate message to each person you are e-mailing your flyer(s) to. If you are sending several flyers to each person, and you check only this box, PC Access Flyer will e-mail the same message with each flyer you send to the same person. ¨ Customize the message for each listing: clicking this check box allows you to enter a separate message with each flyer. If you check only this box, PC Access Flyer will send the same message to each person who receives a particular flyer. ¨ If do not select one of the above check boxes, PC Access Flyer will e-mail the same message with each flyer to each person. · Message Entry Order group: If you check both the Customize the message for each recipient and the Customize the message for each listing check boxes, PC Access Flyer displays the following radio buttons in the Message Entry Order group: ¨ Enter message for each listing, then go to next recipient: if you select this radio button and click OK, the Send Flyers by Recipient and Listing window will appear. On that window you can enter a separate message for every combination of recipient and listing. You will enter messages in this order, assuming you are sending more than one listing to more than one recipient:
¨ Enter message for each recipient, then go to next listing: if you select this radio button and click OK, the Send Flyers by Listing and Recipient window will appear. On that window you can enter a separate message for every combination of listing and recipient. You will enter messages in this order, assuming you are sending more than one listing to more than one recipient:
· Options Results group: The Options Results group displays information about the check boxes you selected in the Customize Messages group and the radio buttons you selected in the Message Entry Order group. For example, if all of the following conditions are true: ¨ You selected two listings on the Flyer Wizard | Step 1 window or on the History List | Step 1 window. ¨ You clicked the E-mail All Flyers button on the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window or on the History List | Step 2 window. ¨ From the Address Book window, you moved one entry from the Available Names pane to the Recipients pane. ¨ You checked the Customize the message for each listing check box in the Customize Messages group on the Send Flyers Options window. The Options Results group will display the following information:
In addition to the above information, a status line below the Options Results group displays the total number of e-mail messages PC Access Flyer will send when you finish customizing your messages. When you click OK on the Send Flyers Options window, PC Access Flyer displays one of the Send Flyers windows.
