Address Book Window: Send Flyers Windows

PC Access Flyer displays one of five possible Send Flyers windows as your last step in e-mailing one or more flyers. You can use the Send Flyers window to:

· Add a personal message to the e-mail message that contains your flyer.

· Revise the list of recipients.

· Revise the list of listings.

The various Send Flyers windows give you different amounts of control over how PC Access Flyer includes your personal message with the flyers you are e-mailing. If you are e-mailing more than one flyer, or e-mailing to more than one recipeint, PC Access Flyer displays the Send Flyers Options window to let you choose how much control you want. You can choose to send the same message with all your flyers and to all of the names on the Recipients pane, or you can type different messages for each flyer, or for each recipient, or for every e-mail message.

With that in mind, the conditions that determine which Send Flyers window you will see are fairly complex. Briefly, these conditions are:

· Whether you are e-mailing one flyer or more than one flyer.

· Whether you are e-mailing to one recipient or more than one recipient.

· The options you select on the Send Flyers Options window.

In more detail, these conditions are:

· Whether you are e-mailing one flyer or more than one flyer. The number of flyers you are e-mailing depends on two previous choices you made:

¨ The number of listings you selected on the Flyer Wizard | Step 1 window or on the History List | Step 1 window. This determines the maximum number of flyers you can e-mail when you reach the Send Flyers window.

¨ Whether you clicked the E-mail the Flyer Shown button or the E-mail All Flyers button on the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window or on the History List | Step 2 window.

Note: if you clicked the E-mail the Flyer Shown button, then you will be e-mailing one flyer. If you clicked the E-mail All Flyers button and you selected more than one listing on the Flyer Wizard | Step 1 window or on the History List | Step 1 window, then you will be e-mailing more than one flyer.

· The number of names you moved from the Available Names pane to the Recipients pane on the Address Book window. This is the number of recipients who will receive your flyer.

· The options you chose on the Send Flyers Options window. If you are e-mailing more than one flyer and/or to more than one recipient. If you are e-mailing only one flyer to only one recipient, the Send Flyers Options window will not appear.

Here are the five Send Flyers windows and the conditions that cause each of them to appear:

1. The Send Flyers window lets you type one Message Body to include with your e-mail message. If you are sending more than one e-mail message at this time, this same Message Body goes out with every e-mail message. The Send Flyers window appears if any one of these conditions are true:

   ¨ You are e-mailing only one flyer to only one recipient, or:

   ¨ You are e-mailing only one flyer to more than one recipient, but on the Send Flyers Options window you did not check either check box in the Customize Messages group, or:

   ¨ You are e-mailing more than one flyer to one or more recipients, but on the Send Flyers Options window you did not check either check box in the Customize Messages group.

2. The Send Flyers by Recipient window lets you type one Message Body to each person you are e-mailing a flyer to. If you are e-mailing more than one flyer, you can type a different Message Body with every e-mail message. The Send Flyers by Recipients window appears if:

   ¨ You are e-mailing more than one flyer, or to more than one recipient, and on the Send Flyers Options window you checked only the Customize the message for each recipient check box in the Customize Messages group.

3. The Send Flyers by Listing window lets you type one Message Body with each listing you are e-mailing a flyer to. If you are sending more than one e-mail message at this time, you can type a different Message Body with every e-mail message. The Send Flyers by Listing window appears if:

   ¨ You are e-mailing more than one flyer, or to more than one recipient, and on the Send Flyers Options window you checked only the Customize the message for each listing check box in the Customize Messages group.

4. The Send Flyers by Recipient and Listing window lets you type a personalized message into the Message Body field. The Send Flyers by Recipient and Listing window allows you to send a personalized message for each flyer you are e-mailing and to each recipient. PC Access Flyer will send the flyer(s) with your personalized message to each recipient you specified on the Address Book window. The Send Flyers by Recipient and Listing window appears when:

   ¨ You are e-mailing one or more flyers to one or more recipients, and in the Customize Messages group on the Send Flyers Options window you checked both the Customize the message for each recipient check box and the Customize the message for each listing check box.

   ¨ In the Message Entry Order group on the Send Flyers Options window you checked the Enter message for each listing, then go to next recipient radio button.

5. The Send Flyers by Listing and Recipient window lets you type a personalized message into the Message Body field. The Send Flyers by Listing and Recipient window allows you to send a personalized message for each flyer you are e-mailing and to each recipient. PC Access Flyer will then send the flyer(s) with your personalized message to each recipient you specified on the Address Book window. The Send Flyers by Listing and Recipient window appears when:

   ¨ You are e-mailing one or more flyers to one or more recipients, and in the Customize Messages group on the Send Flyers Options window you checked both the Customize the message for each recipient check box and the Customize the message for each listing check box.

   ¨ In the Message Entry Order group, you checked the Enter message for each recipient, then go to next listing radio button.
