Agent Setup Tab: Images Tab

The Images tab on the Setup | Agent Setup tab contains two sub-windows, My Photo and My Logo.

When you add your photo and/or logo to the sub-windows on the Images tab, PC Access Flyer will display them in the flyers you create in a Flyer Wizard session.

The My Photo and My Logo sub-windows have these features in common:

· Sub-window title: this is the field name by which a template refers to the photo and/or logo. If a template has a field with this field name, the photo and/or logo will appear in the flyers you create in a Flyer Wizard session. The sub-window titles do not appear in the flyers you create in a Flyer Wizard session.

· Clear this Picture...: if you would like to remove an image, you can click this button. PC Access Flyer will display the Clear Image confirmation message. After you click Yes on this message, PC Access Flyer will remove the image.

· Change this Picture...: if you want to add or change your photo and/or logo, click the C (Change this Picture...) button. PC Access Flyer will display the Open Image File window. From the Open Image File window, you can select another photo or logo. For more information, see: Open Image File window.

· Information about this picture...: you can click the ? button and PC Access Flyer will display the Image Info information message. The Image Info information message displays the file name and path of the photo or logo.

Any changes you make on the Images tab are persistent. However, you can temporarily change your photo and/or logo by:

· right-clicking on it in the Flyer Preview pane on the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window.

When you temporarily change your photo and/or logo:

· those changes only affect the listing that appears in the Flyer Preview pane on the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window.

· those changes only appear in your current Flyer Wizard session. When you exit the Flyer Wizard, PC Access Flyer discards your changes.

Note: you can also change your photo and/or logo in the Flyer Preview pane on the History List | Step 2 window. However, those changes only affect the listing in the Flyer Preview pane and will only appear in the History List | Step 2 window.

Note: the photo and/or logo on the Images tab may not appear in the flyers you create. The template you select in the Flyer Wizard | Step 2 window will determine what photos and/or logo PC Access Flyer displays in your flyer. If you want to modify or create a flyer template to include additional photos from the Images tab, see: the Template Designer.
