Agent Setup Tab: Information Tab

The Information tab on the Setup | Agent Setup tab contains information about you.

You need to complete the fields on the Information tab before PC Access Flyer can display your information in the flyers you create in a Flyer Wizard session.

Note: some fields on the Information tab may not appear in the flyers you create. The template you select in the Flyer Wizard | Step 2 window will determine what fields PC Access Flyer displays in your flyer. If you want to modify or create a flyer template to include additional fields from the Information tab, see: the Template Designer.

The Information tab displays text fields such as: My Name, My Home Phone, My Office Phone, etc. You can type your information directly into the fields on the Information tab.PC Access Flyer will remove the instructional text in the fields. For example, if you do not need the My Company Address 2: field, PC Access Flyer will remove the text "Fill in your Address (line 2) here" from the My Company Address 2 field. PC Access Flyer removed the text after you click OK.

If this is the first time you accessing the Information tab, PC Access Flyer will use some of the information from the fields on the Register PC Access Flyer window to automatically complete some of the fields on the Information tab.

If you would like to add additional fields, delete fields, or reorder the fields on the Information tab, see: Configure Agent Setup Fields window.

You can make persistent changes to your agent information in one of two ways:

· edit the text in the Information tab

· edit the text in the Agent Info tab on the Flyer Wizard | Step 3 window

Any changes you make on either one of the above windows will appear in all of the flyers you create in a Flyer Wizard session.

You can also make temporary changes to your agent information in the:

· Flyer Preview pane on the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window

If you make any changes on the above window, PC Access Flyer will discard them when you end your Flyer Wizard session.

Note: you can also change your agent information in the Flyer Preview pane on the History List | Step 2 window. However, those changes only affect the listing in the Flyer Preview pane and will only appear in the History List | Step 2 window.
