Configure Agent Setup Data Fields Window

PC Access Flyer displays the Configure Agent Setup Data fields window when you click the Agent Fields… button in the Agent Fields group on the Setup | Utilities tab.

You can use the Configure Agent Setup Data Fields window to add, delete, and/or reorder the fields in the Information tab or in the Images tab on the Setup | Agent Setup tab.

The Configure Agent Setup Data Fields window contains the following columns and buttons:

· Name of Field: this column contains the names of the fields on the Information tab and the names of the sub-windows on the Images tab.

You may have to scroll the list to see all the fields.

· Data Type: this column contains the type of field. Valid field types are Text or Image. (The text fields appear on the Information tab and the image fields appear as sub-windows on the Images tab.)

· Add Field: you can click the Add Field button to add a new text field or image sub-window. When you click the Add Field button, PC Access Flyer displays the Create new Agent Setup Data Field window.

· Delete Field: if you would like to remove a text field or image sub-window, highlight the field and click the Delete Field button. When you click the Delete Field button, PC Access Flyer displays the Agent Setup: Delete Data Field? confirmation window.

· Reorder: you can click the Reorder button to reorder the text and/or image sub-windows. When you click the Reorder button, PC Access Flyer displays the Reorder Agent Setup Data Fields window.
