Create New Agent Setup Data Field window

The Create new Agent Setup Data Field window appears when you click the Add Field button on the Configure Agent Setup Data Fields window.

You can use this window to add fields to the Configure Agent Setup Data Fields window. Any fields you add to the Configure Agent Setup Data Fields window will appear on the Information and/or Images tab on the Setup | Agent Setup tab.

The Create new Agent Setup Data Field window contains the following field and radio buttons:

· Name of new Agent Setup field: type the name of the field you would like to add. The text you type here will appear as a text field on the Information tab or as a sub-window on the Images tab.

· Type of Field: use the radio buttons in the Type of Field group to select the type of field you would like to add.

¨ Image: if you select the Image radio button, PC Access Flyer will add a new image field to the Configure Agent Setup Data Fields window. PC Access Flyer places the image field you add at the bottom of the Name of Field column on the Configure Agent Setup Data Fields window. You can use the Reorder button on the Configure Agent Setup Data Fields window to move the image field up or down in the Name of Field column.

¨ Text: if you select the Text radio button, PC Access Flyer will add a new text field to the Configure Agent Setup Data Fields window. PC Access Flyer places the text field you add at the bottom of the Name of Field column on the Configure Agent Setup Data Fields window. You can use the Reorder button on the Configure Agent Setup Data Fields window to move the text field up or down in the Name of Field column.
