Delete Listings Window: Select Older Than...

When you click the Select Older Than… button on the Delete Listings window, PC Access Flyer will display the Specify a Date or Age... window.

On the Specify a Date or Age... window you can select listings based on a calendar date or by the number of days.

You can use the arrow buttons at the top of the Specify a Date or Age... window to select a month. After you select a month, click on the date you would like use. In the example above, PC Access Flyer will select all of the listings you downloaded on or before January 25, 2001.

In addition, PC Access Flyer will convert the calendar day into the number of days and display it in the Number of Days in Past spin control. In the example above, PC Access Flyer inserted the number 4 into the Number of Days in Past spin control. This means that on January 29, 2001, we selected the date January 25, 2001 to delete listings.

Note: the Date Downloaded column displays the dates when PC Access Flyer downloaded your listings.

You can also select an age range by entering a value in the Number of Days in Past spin control. For example, if you enter 90, PC Access Flyer will select all of the listings you downloaded on or before 90 days ago. In addition, PC Access Flyer will convert the number of days into the calendar date and display it in the Specify a Date or Age... window.

After you select a date or age range, click the OK button to close the Specify a Date or Age... window. On the Delete Listings window, PC Access Flyer will select those listings that meet the date or age range you specified in the Specify a Date or Age... window.

The number of listings you selected appears next to the Delete button. After you select the listing(s) you want to delete, you can click the Delete button.
