Downloading MLS Listings: Overview

Before you can create a flyer in the Flyer Wizard, you need to have at least one listing in the Listings Editor.

There are two ways you can get listing information into the Listings Editor.

· you can manually enter listing information into the tabbed windows in the Listings Editor; or

· you can download listings from:

¨ your MLS using PC Access for Windows

¨ your company's Web site

¨ your MLS using RE/Xplorer

The most efficient way to get listing information into PC Access Flyer is to download it from your MLS.

After you download listings from your MLS, PC Access Flyer will import the listings. After PC Access Flyer imports the listings, you can access them in the Flyer Wizard, Listings Editor, and the Template Designer.

If you use PC Access for Windows to access your MLS system, select one of the following:

· Sample VISTAinfo Maestro Online Session

· Sample VISTAinfo Compass Online Session

If you use RE/Xplorer to access your MLS system, see:
