Downloads to be Imported... Window

PC Access Flyer displays the Downloads to be Imported... window when any one of the following conditions are true:

·  you click the Flyer button on the PC Access for Windows Main Menu window, and your agent subdirectory contains a FLY file.

·  you click the Yes button on the Flyer window.

The Downloads to be Imported... window displays information about the FLY file. The FLY file contains your downloaded (but not yet imported) listings.

·  The Selected column displays a check box for each FLY file in your agent subdirectory. By default, PC Access Flyer selects all files. You can toggle the check box to select or unselect file(s).

·  The Date/Time column lists the date and time when you downloaded the FLY file. PC Access Flyer will list the time if you downloaded more than one FLY file on the same day.

·  The File Name column lists the path and file name of each FLY file.

After selecting the file(s) you want to import into PC Access Flyer, click the Load Selected Listing Files button. After you click the Load Selected Listing Files button, PC Access Flyer displays the Importing MLS Data... window.
