E-mail Setup Window: BCC Flyers Group

The BCC Flyers group appears on the E-mail Setup window. This group contains the Use my e-mail address in To: field when blind copying (BCC) flyers check box.

When you e-mail your flyers, PC Access Flyer will insert your customer's e-mail address from the Address Book window to the BCC field in your e-mail program or in PC Access Flyer's e-mail program.

Your ISP may use an e-mail server that does not allow you to send e-mail messages when the recipient(s) only appear in the BCC field. If this is true, PC Access Flyer will display the E-mail Send Failed error message when it tries to send your e-mail message(s).

If PC Access Flyer displays the E-mail Send Failed error message, you can check the Use my e-mail address in To: field when blind copying (BCC) flyers check box. If you check this box, PC Access Flyer will insert the e-mail address you entered in the My E-mail Address field into the To field in the e-mail message(s) you send. This means you will receive a copy of the flyer(s) you e-mail.

If you check the Use my e-mail address in To: field when blind copying (BCC) flyers check box, there are two ways PC Access Flyer may temporarily override this setting:

· If you check the CC this message to me check box on any one of the Send Flyers windows, PC Access Flyer will insert the name you entered in the My E-mail Address field into the CC field instead of the To field in your e-mail program.

· If you make any selections on the Send Flyers Options window, PC Access Flyer will insert your customer's e-mail address into the To or CC field.
