E-mail Setup Window: Days to Keep Inactive Addresses Group

The Days to Keep Inactive Addresses group appears on the E-mail Setup window. This group contains the Discard addresses [N] days after last use check box.

If you check this box, you can enter a number in the spin control. The number you enter in the spin control affects the number of days PC Access Flyer will keep your customer's e-mail addresses in the Address Book window. Here is how it works:

When you add your customers' e-mail addresses to the Address Book window, PC Access Flyer will keep them until:

· you use the Delete button on the Address Book window to manually remove the e-mail addresses you no longer use; or

· PC Access Flyer will automatically delete any unused e-mail addresses after the amount of time you specified in the Discard addresses [N] days after last use spin control.

¨ The number of days you enter in this spin control is retroactive. This means that if you entered 30 in the spin control, PC Access Flyer will delete any e-mail addresses you have not used in 30 days or more.

By default, PC Access Flyer does not check this box.

Setup item classification:

· Parent window: E-mail Setup window

· Who specifies: You

· Importance: Optional
