E-mail Setup Window: How to E-mail Flyers Group

The How to E-mail Flyers group appears on the E-mail Setup window. This group contains the following radio buttons and check box:

· Use e-mail program built into flyer: if you check this radio button, PC Access Flyer will use its e-mail program to e-mail your flyers.

· Use your existing MAPI e-mail program: if you check this radio button, PC Access Flyer will use your MAPI compatible e-mail program to e-mail your flyers. Some examples of MAPI compatible e-mail programs are Netscape Communicator or Microsoft Outlook.

One advantage of using your MAPI compatible e-mail program instead of PC Access Flyer's e-mail program is the option of checking the Show compose window before sending check box. This check box tells PC Access Flyer to display your e-mail program's Message Composition window, in addition to displaying the one of the Send Flyers windows.

From your e-mail program's Message Composition window you can use your Address Book, select a different font, and use other functions such as spell check.

If the Use your existing MAPI e-mail program radio button is gray (unselectable), PC Access Flyer did not detect a MAPI compatible e-mail program at the time you installed PC Access Flyer.

· Show compose window before sending: if you check the Use your existing MAPI e-mail program radio button, you can also check the Show compose window before sending check box. If you check this box, PC Access Flyer will display your e-mail program's Message Composition window.

By default, PC Access Flyer selects the Use e-mail program built into flyer radio button.
