PC Access Flyer Reference Guide

for PC Access Flyer 2.00.025

E-mail Setup Window: Image Quality Group

The Image Quality group appears on the E-mail Setup window. The Image Quality group contains the following radio buttons:

· Maximum JPEG compression

· Average JPEG compression

· Minimum JPEG compression

When you e-mail a flyer, PC Access Flyer saves the flyer as a JPEG file and attaches the JPEG file to your e-mail message.

The radio buttons in the Image Quality group control the amount of compression PC Access Flyer uses when it saves your flyer as a JPEG file. In general, if you select the Minimum JPEG compression radio button, PC Access Flyer uses less compression and your flyer looks better. However, less compression also means that the JPEG file that contains your flyer is larger. This means it will take longer to send and receive your flyer.

You can also adjust the size of your e-mail message with the Image Size group.

Note: consider the speed of your recipient's connection to the Internet when selecting the amount of compression PC Access Flyer will apply to your flyer. If your recipient's connection to the Internet is very slow, you should check with your recipient before sending large messages to him or her to be sure this won't cause a problem.

By default, PC Access Flyer selects the Average JPEG compression radio button.
