PC Access Flyer will include the text in this field at the bottom of each e-mail message you send. Most often an e-mail signature contains your name, e-mail address, phone number(s) and your company name. Here is an example:
In general, an e-mail signature contains two or three lines of text. If you include an e-mail address or the address of a Web page in your signature, be sure to type it in complete URL format by including the proper URL prefix:
A complete URL will be clickable in the recipient's e-mail program. For example, this will allow your recipient to click on your Web page address in your e-mail message and browse directly to your page, without errors due to retyping.
