Edit Template Rich Text Window

The Edit Template Rich Text window appears when you do any of the following:

· click the ellipsis button (...) next to the Text box in the following windows:

¨ Properties of Rich Text

¨ Properties of Rich Text List

· double-click a rich text box or rich text list box in the Template Designer window.

The Edit Template Rich Text window is a text editor where you may edit text and insert, remove, and change fields. You may add static information by entering the text manually. You may add dynamic information (fields) by clicking the Insert Field button.

Any changes or additions you make in the Edit Template Rich Text window are persistent. This means the changes will appear in every flyer you create with this flyer template. If you want to make temporary changes to your flyer, use the Edit Rich Text window in the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window or the History List | Step 2 window.

You can use the Edit Template Rich Text window to:

· edit existing listing or agent information.

· add new listing or agent information.

· change the font style, size and color.

· adjust the placement of text in a rich text box.

· add bullets or numbers to the text.

You can resize the Edit Template Rich Text window.
