Edit Template Rich Text Window Toolbar

The buttons on the Edit Template Rich Text window toolbar affect the appearance of the text in the rich text box you selected in the Template Designer window.

The Edit Template Rich Text window toolbar contains the following drop-down lists and buttons:

· Font Selection: you can click the down arrow to open the Font Selection drop-down list. Click the font type you would like to use and PC Access Flyer will apply the font type you select to the text you type in the Edit Template Rich Text window. If you would like to change the font type of the existing text, highlight the text and click the down arrow to open the Font Selection drop-down list. Click on the font type you would like to use and PC Access Flyer will apply the font type you selected to the text you highlighted.

In the Edit Template Rich Text window you can apply a variety of different fonts, sizes, colors, etc. to the text. For example, if you have a list of text you may want to emphasize one item. You could highlight the first list item and change the font style to bold and the color to red. For the second and third list items you may want to select a smaller font size.

You can also select a font type from the Font window. To open the Font window click Format | Font....

To remove any changes you made to the appearance of the text, click Edit | Undo.

· Font Size Selection: you can click the down arrow to open the Font Size Selection drop-down list. Click the font size you would like to use and PC Access Flyer will apply the font to the text you type in the Edit Template Rich Text window. If you would like to change the font size of the existing text, select the text and click the down arrow to open the Font Size Selection drop-down list. Click on the font size you would like to use and PC Access Flyer will apply the font size you selected to the text you highlighted.

In the Edit Template Rich Text window you can apply a variety of different font styles, sizes, colors, etc. to the text. For example, if you have a list of text you may want to emphasize one item. You could highlight the first list item and change the font size to 16 and the color to red. For the second and third list items you may want to change the font size to 12.

You can also change the font size from the Font window. To open the Font window click Format | Font....

To remove any changes you made to the appearance of the text, click Edit | Undo.

· Font Color Selection: you can click the down arrow to open the Font Color Selection drop-down list. Click the font color you would like to use and PC Access Flyer will apply the font color to the text you type in the Edit Template Rich Text window. If you would like to change the font color of the existing text, highlight the text and click the down arrow to open the Font Color Selection drop-down list. Click on the color you would like to use and PC Access Flyer will apply the font color you selected to the text you highlighted.

In the Edit Template Rich Text window you can apply a variety of different font colors, sizes, types, etc. to the text. For example, if you have a list of text you may want to emphasize one item. You could highlight the first list item and change the font size to 16 and the color to red. For the second and third list items you may want to keep the font color black.

You can also change the font color from the Font window. To open the Font window click Format | Font....

To remove any changes you made to the appearance of the text, click Edit | Undo.

· Font BKColor Selection: you can click the down arrow to open the Font BKColor Selection drop-down list. Click the font background color you would like to use and PC Access Flyer will apply the font background color you select to the text you type in the Edit Template Rich Text window. If you would like to change the font background color of the existing text, highlight the text and click the down arrow to open the Font BKColor drop-down list. Click on the background color you would like to use and PC Access Flyer will apply the font background color you selected to the text you highlighted.

For example, if you have a list of text you may want to emphasize one list item. You could highlight the first list item and change the font background color to red. For the second and third list items you may want to keep the background white.

To remove any changes you make to the appearance of the text, click Edit | Undo.

· Bold: you can click the Bold button and PC Access Flyer will apply the bold style to the text you type in the Edit Template Rich Text window. If you would like to change the font style of the existing text, highlight the text and click the Bold button.

In the Edit Template Rich Text window you can apply a variety of different font styles, sizes, colors, etc. to the text. For example, if you have a list of text you may want to emphasize one item. You could highlight the first list item and click the Bold button. For the second and third list items you may want to appear without the bold style.

You can also select Bold from the Font window. To open the Font window click Format | Font....

· Italic: you can click the Italic button and PC Access Flyer will apply the Italic style to the text you type in the Edit Template Rich Text window. If you would like to change the font style of the existing text, highlight the text and click the Italic button.

In the Edit Template Rich Text window you can apply a variety of different font styles, sizes, colors, etc. to the text. For example, if you have a list of text you may want to emphasize one item. You could highlight the first list item and click the Italic button. For the second and third list items you may want to appear without the italic style.

You can also select Italic from the Font window. To open the Font window click Format | Font....

To remove any changes you make to the appearance of the text, click Edit | Undo.

· Under: you can click the Under button and PC Access Flyer will underline the text you type in the Edit Template Rich Text window. If you would like to underline the existing text, highlight the text and click the Under button.

In the Edit Template Rich Text window you can apply a variety of different font styles, sizes, colors, etc. to the text. For example, if you have a list of text you may want to emphasize one item. You could highlight the first list item and click the Under button to underline the text. For the second and third list items you may want to appear without an underline.

You can also check the Underline check box from the Effects group on the Font window. To open the Font window click Format | Font....

To remove any changes you make to the appearance of the text, click Edit | Undo.

· Left: you can click the Left button and PC Access Flyer will align the text in front of the cursor to the left side of the rich text box.

In the Edit Template Rich Text window you can use a combination of alignments. For example, to stagger the text, highlight the first line of text and click the Left button. PC Access Flyer will align the highlighted text to the left side of the rich text box. Next, highlight the second line of text and click the Right button. This will align the highlighted text to the right side of the rich text box.

You can also use Format | Paragraph to change the alignment of the text in the Edit Template Rich Text window.

To remove any changes you made to the appearance of the text, click Edit | Undo.

· Center: you can click the Center button and PC Access Flyer will align the text in front of the cursor to the middle of the rich text box.

In the Edit Template Rich Text window you can use a combination of alignments. For example, to stagger the text, highlight the first line of text and click the Center button. PC Access Flyer will align the highlighted text to the middle of the rich text box. Next, highlight the second line of text and click the Right button. This will align the highlighted text to the right side of the rich text box.

You can also use Format | Paragraph to change the alignment of the text in the Edit Template Rich Text window.

To remove any changes you made to the appearance of the text, click Edit | Undo.

· Right: you can click the Right button and PC Access Flyer will align the text in front of the cursor to the right side of the rich text box.

In the Edit Template Rich Text window you can use a combination of alignments. For example, to stagger the text, highlight the first line of text and click the Right button. PC Access Flyer will align the highlighted text to the right side of the rich text box. Next, highlight the second line of text and click the Left button. This will align the highlighted text to the left side of the rich text box.

You can also use Format | Paragraph to change the alignment of the text in the Edit Template Rich Text window.

To remove any changes you made to the appearance of the text, click Edit | Undo.

· Select All: if you click the Select All button, PC Access Flyer will select all of the text in the Edit Template Rich Text window. After PC Access Flyer highlights the text, you can click the Cut and Copy buttons on the toolbar.

You can click the Select All button to toggle between selecting and unselecting text. Clicking the Select All button is equivalent to selecting the Edit | Select All menu item.

· Cut: you can click the Cut button to remove text from the Edit Template Rich Text window and store it on the Windows clipboard. Highlight the text you want to remove and click Cut. If you want to remove all text, click the Edit | Select All menu item or the Select All button on the Edit Template Rich Text window toolbar then click Cut.

You can also cut highlighted text with these commands:

¨ Press the Ctrl + X keys on your keyboard.

¨ Press the Shift + Delete keys on your keyboard.

¨ Click Edit | Cut from the Edit Rich Text window menu bar.

You can click Edit | Undo to restore the text you removed from the Edit Template Rich Text window.

· Copy: you can click the Copy button to copy text from the Edit Template Rich Text window and store it on the Windows clipboard. Highlight the text you want to copy and click the Copy button. If you want to copy all of the text, click Edit | Select All or the Select All button on the Edit Template Rich Text window toolbar then click Edit | Copy. You can also use the Ctrl + C keys on your keyboard to copy text or select Edit | Copy.

· Paste: you can click the Paste button to paste text you previously placed on the Windows clipboard to the Edit Template Rich Text window. You may only paste the last item you placed on the Windows clipboard. You can also use the Ctrl + V keys on your keyboard to paste text or select Edit | Paste.

You can click Edit | Undo to remove the text you pasted to the Edit Template Rich Text window.

· Find: you can click the Find button to open the Find window. In the Find what: field type the word or phrase you are looking for and click Find Next. PC Access Flyer will search the Edit Template Rich Text window for the word or phrase you typed.

· Replace: you can click the Replace button to open the Replace window. Type in the word or phrase you would like to find in the Find what: box. Type your replacement word or phase in the Replace with: box and click Find Next. PC Access Flyer will search the Edit Template Rich Text window for the word or phrase you typed. When PC Access Flyer locates the text you typed in the Find what: box, click Replace to replace the existing text with the text you typed in the Replace with: box.

· Bullets: you can click the Bullets button to add bullets to each line of text you type in the Edit Rich Text window. You can add bullets to the existing text by first highlighting the text, then click the Bullets button.

You can also add bullets from the Bullets window. To open the Bullets window, click Format | Bullets.

You can click Edit | Undo to remove the bullets you inserted in the Edit Template Rich Text window.

· Numbers: you can click the Numbers button to add numbers to each line of text you type in the Edit Template Rich Text window. You can add numbers to the existing text by first highlighting the text, then click the Numbers button.

You can also add numbers from the Bullets window. To open the Bullets window, click Format | Bullets.

You can click Edit | Undo to remove the numbers you inserted in the Edit Template Rich Text window.
