PC Access Flyer Reference Guide

for PC Access Flyer 2.00.025

File Tab: Template Save File Format Group

The Template Save File Format group appears on the Setup | File tab.

The radio buttons in this group let you specify what file format PC Access Flyer uses to save any templates you modify or create in the Template Designer window.

The Template Save File Format group contains the following radio buttons:

· Binary: when you select the Binary radio button, PC Access Flyer will save each flyer template you modify or create as a binary file. This means that only PC Access Flyer will recognize the template(s) you modify or create.

By default, PC Access Flyer selects the Binary radio button.

· Text: when you select the Text radio button, PC Access Flyer will save each flyer template you modify or create as a text file. This means you can use any text editor to modify your flyer template(s). However, since your template is a text file, any photos, graphics, or formatting styles you may have applied to the text will appear in code form.

MFM recommends that most users save their templates as binary files and use the Template Designer to make any changes you wish to them. If you are an advanced user, you may consider editing your templates in a text editor.

Setup item classification:

· Parent window: Setup | File tab

· Who specifies: You

· Importance: Optional
