Flyer Wizard | Step 1 Window: Filter Options Group

The Filter Options group controls which listings PC Access Flyer will display in the Flyer Wizard | Step 1 window.

By default, PC Access Flyer will display all of your listings in the Flyer Wizard | Step 1 window. This includes listings you printed or e-mailed in a previous Flyer Wizard session.

You can manually control which listings PC Access Flyer displays on the Flyer Wizard | Step 1 window by using the drop-down lists, buttons, and the check box in the Filter Options group.

·  You can use the Only display listings downloaded between: drop-down lists to specify a date range that PC Access Flyer will display listings for.

·  You can click the Today button to show only listings you downloaded today.

·  You can click the 1 Week button to show only listings you downloaded within the last week.

·  You can click the 1 Month button to show only listings you downloaded within the last month.

·  You can click the All Dates button to show all of your downloaded listings.

·  Show listings already printed or e-mailed: check this box to display listings you created flyers for in a previous Flyer Wizard session. This only applies to listings you downloaded within the date range you specify in the drop-down lists in the Filter Options group. The Flyer Wizard | Step 1 window will always display listings you downloaded in that date range and have not yet created flyers for.

Any changes you make on the Filter Options group are temporary. This means that the changes you make on the Filter Options group only affect this Flyer Wizard session.

If you want to make a persistent change to the way PC Access Flyer displays your listings in the Flyer Wizard | Step 1 window, you can use the Filter listings by date and status check box on the Setup | Display tab. When you check the Filter listings by date and status check box, PC Access Flyer will:

·  display listings you downloaded today. If you downloaded listings today, the dates in the Only display listings downloaded between: boxes will show today's date. If you did not download listings today, PC Access Flyer will display all of your downloaded listings.

·  uncheck the Show listings already printed or e-mailed check box. This means PC Access Flyer will only display listings you have not printed or e-mailed in a previous Flyer Wizard session.

You can use the drop-down lists, buttons, and the check box in the Filter Options group to temporarily override the settings PC Access Flyer applied to the Filter Options group when you checked the Filter listings by date and status check box on the Setup | Display tab.
