Flyer Wizard | Step 1 Window: Street Address

The Street Address column on the Flyer Wizard | Step 1 window lists the street addresses of your downloaded listings.

You can click the Street Address column heading to sort listings by street name. You can click the column heading again to toggle the sort order between ascending or descending.

You can use the Incremental Search field, next to the Street Address column heading, to search for a specific street name. Type the first few characters of a street name in the Incremental Search field, and PC Access Flyer finds the first listing with a street name beginning with the characters you type. PC Access Flyer then:

· displays the street name in the Incremental Search field.

· scrolls the listings, if necessary, to position the first listing with that street name in the center of the visible rows of listings on the Flyer Wizard | Step 1 window. PC Access Flyer highlights that row and places an arrow in the first column in the Flyer Wizard | Step 1 window to indicate that the listing matches the street name in the Incremental Search field. If no street names in the Street Address column begin with the characters you typed, the Incremental Search field will only contain the characters you typed. When the Incremental Search field displays the street name you would like to select, press the Enter key. PC Access Flyer marks the listing's corresponding check box in the Selected column.

To clear the contents of the Incremental Search field and start a new search, click the Magnifying-Glass button. You can also use the Backspace key to delete characters from the Incremental Search field. If the Incremental Search field is blank or if it contains characters you typed that do not match any of your downloaded listings and you click the Magnifying Glass button, PC Access Flyer will display the Find Listing information message.
