PC Access Flyer Reference Guidefor PC Access Flyer 2.00.025Flyer Wizard | Step 3 Window: Agent Info Tab
The Agent Info tab appears on the Flyer Wizard | Step 3 window. The Agent Info tab contains the following two columns: · Field Name: the Field Name column contains the agent-related field names in the flyer template you selected in the Flyer Wizard | Step 2 window. For example, in the illustration above, the field name: My Company Name is in the second row of the Field Name column. · Field Value: the Field Value column contains your agent information. For example, in the illustration above, the second row of the Field Value column contains the value for the My Company Name Field. The value is: Seller Realty. There are three ways you can edit your agent information: ¨ Click on the row containing the information you want to edit. Begin typing your changes or new information in the drop-down window. Press the ¨ You can use the Edit Rich Text window or the Edit Plain Text window in the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window to change your agent information. The changes you make on the Edit Rich Text window or the Edit Plain Text window are temporary and will only appear in the listing you are currently editing in this Flyer Wizard session. ¨ You can also make persistent changes to your agent information, by using the Setup window (Agent Setup Tab). The changes you make on the Agent Setup Tab will apply to all of the flyers you create using the Flyer Wizard. See: What the Flyer Wizard Remembers for more information on what selections PC Access Flyer retains. Note: if you selected more than one listing in the Flyer Wizard | Step 1 window, click on any of the listing's information in the MLSID, Address, Status, or Empty Flds columns to view your agent information in the Agent Info Tab. The information in the Agent Info Tab may vary depending upon the template you selected in the Flyer Wizard | Step 2 window. If PC Access Flyer detects missing information that it uses in the flyer template you selected, the empty field(s) will appear in yellow or red. For information regarding empty fields, see: Empty Field! You can use the Template Designer to add, remove, or change any of the fields that appear in a flyer template. To access the Template Designer, you need to exit the Flyer Wizard and click the Template Designer button on the PC Access Flyer Main Menu. Any changes you make to a template will be available the next time you run the Flyer Wizard. For more information, see: Template Designer Overview. The Flyer Preview pane dynamically displays the changes you make to your agent information.
