Flyer Wizard | Step 3 Window: Empty Field!

The Empty Field! button appears on the Flyer Wizard | Step 3 window.

The Empty Field! button will appear on the Flyer Wizard | Step 3 window if the Listing Info or Agent Info tabs are missing information that PC Access Flyer uses in the flyer template you selected. An empty field can appear in red or yellow, and they have the following meanings:

·  Red: if a field in the Field Value column appears in red, PC Access Flyer marked the field as required. You can specify which fields PC Access Flyer marks as required. To add or change required fields, see: Set Required Fields... on the Edit menu in the Template Designer window. If you do not type in a value for a field you marked as required and you click the Next button to move to the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window, PC Access Flyer will display the Empty Required Field confirmation message.

·  Yellow: if a field in the Field Value column appears in yellow, PC Access Flyer marked the field as optional. However, you should enter a value to avoid having empty fields in your flyer(s).

The fields in the Listing Info and Agent Info tabs contain the data that PC Access Flyer uses in your flyer. If the Listing Info and Agent Info tabs contain empty fields, your flyer will contain empty fields.

The number on the Empty Field! button represents the total number of empty fields for all of the listings that appear in the Address column. PC Access Flyer will display the number of empty field(s) for each listing in the Empty Flds column and the status of the empty field(s) in the Status column in the Flyer Wizard | Step 3 window.

When you click the Empty Field! button, PC Access Flyer jumps to the first empty field in the Listing Info tab. You can continue to click the Empty Field! button to move to the remaining empty fields. When you fill in all of the empty fields, PC Access Flyer will remove the Empty Field! button from the Flyer Wizard | Step 3 window.
