PC Access Flyer Reference Guidefor PC Access Flyer 2.00.025Flyer Wizard | Step 3 Window: Listing Info Tab
The Listing Info tab appears on the Flyer Wizard | Step 3 window. The Listing Info tab contains the following two columns: · Field Name: the Field Name column contains the listing-related field names in the flyer template you selected in the Flyer Wizard | Step 2 window. For example, in the illustration above, the field name: # Bedrooms is in the first row of the Field Name column. · Field Value: the Field Value column contains the actual listing information. For example, in the illustration above, the first row of the Field Value column contains the value for the # Bedrooms field. The value is: 04. To edit your listing information, click on the name of the field you want to edit. Begin typing your changes or new information in the drop-down window. Press the See: What the Flyer Wizard Remembers for more information on what selections PC Access Flyer retains. Note: if you selected more than one listing on the Flyer Wizard | Step 1 window, click on any of the listing's information in the MLSID, Address, Status, or Empty Flds columns to access that listing's information in the Listing Info Tab. If PC Access Flyer detects your listing is missing information that it uses in the flyer template you selected, the empty field(s) will appear in yellow or red. For information regarding empty fields, see: Empty Field!. If any of the text in the Field Value column matches the text in the Don't show fields when the only data is field on the Setup | Printing tab, PC Access Flyer may remove the Field Name and Field Value from the flyers you print or e-mail in the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window. For more information, see: Don't show fields when the only data is field. You can use the Template Designer to add, remove, or change any of the fields that appear in a flyer template. To access the Template Designer, you need to exit the Flyer Wizard and click the Template Designer button on the PC Access Flyer Main Menu. Any changes you make to a template will be available the next time you run the Flyer Wizard. For more information, see: Template Designer Overview. The Flyer Preview pane dynamically displays the changes you make to the listing information.
