Flyer Wizard | Step 3 Window: Status

The Status column appears on the Flyer Wizard | Step 3 window. Each row in the Status column indicates whether the data is complete for the listing whose address appears on the same row in the Address column:

·  If the Status column is empty on a particular row, the corresponding listing has data for every field that appears in the Listing Info Tab and Agent Info Tab.

·  If the Status column has a yellow or red exclamation mark on a particular row, the corresponding listing has at least one empty field. (The number of empty fields for the listing appears in the Empty Flds column.) A field is empty if both of these things are true:

¨ PC Access Flyer uses the field in the template you selected on the Flyer Wizard | Step 2 window.

¨ The listing whose address appears in the same row as the exclamation mark contains no data for the field.

A yellow exclamation mark means your listing or agent information is missing non-required information. A red exclamation mark means your listing is missing required information. For information regarding empty fields, see: Empty Field!

If you selected more than one listing in the Flyer Wizard | Step 1 window, click on the row containing the exclamation mark in the Status column. PC Access Flyer will display its listing information in the Listing Info Tab.
