Flyer Wizard | Step 4 Window

PC Access Flyer displays the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window when you click the Next button on the Flyer Wizard | Step 3 window.

The Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window represents the last of four steps in the Flyer Wizard. In the first three steps of the Flyer Wizard you created one or more flyers. In the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window you can do the following things to your flyers:

· Change their appearance: to change a flyer's appearance, select the flyer by clicking on the corresponding entry in the Address column. The flyer will appear in the Flyer Preview pane. There you can change the size and position of any plain text box, rich text box, or image box in the flyer, and add or remove text. For more information, see: Flyer Preview pane

· Print or e-mail them: when you are happy with the appearance of your flyers, you can click any of these buttons:

¨ Print the Flyer Shown

¨ Print All Selected Flyers

¨ E-mail the Flyer Shown

¨ E-mail All Flyers

If you are following the Flyer Wizard Express Method, simply click one of the above buttons to print or e-mail your flyer(s). When the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window first opens, PC Access Flyer is ready to print or e-mail all of your flyers.

· Change your e-mail setup or printer setup: if you need to change your e-mail address or select another printer, you can click the Setup button.

Note: if the e-mail related buttons are gray (unselectable), you need to complete the fields, check boxes, and spin controls on the E-mail Setup window.

You can resize the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window.
