Flyer Wizard | Step 4 Window: Print All Selected Flyers

The Print All Selected Flyers button appears on the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window above the Flyer Preview pane.

If more than one address in the Address column appears in bold font, you can print all the flyers corresponding to bolded addresses by clicking the Print All Selected Flyers button. When you click the Print All Selected Flyers button, Windows will display the Print window. On the Windows Print window, you can change your printer's resolution and the number of copies to print. You can also use the Copies to Print spin control to select the number of copies to print.

After PC Access Flyer sends your flyers to the printer, it will display the Flyer Wizard Complete? confirmation message.

· Clicking Yes on the Flyer Wizard Complete? confirmation message will close the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window and return you to the PC Access Flyer Main Menu and you will lose any temporary selections you made in this Flyer Wizard session.

· Clicking No on the Flyer Wizard Complete? confirmation message will keep the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window open and allow you to print or e-mail additional copies of your flyer(s).

Note: if you want to prevent PC Access Flyer from displaying the Flyer Wizard Complete? confirmation message, check the Don't ask me again check box on this message then click Yes. If you would like a list of messages you told PC Access Flyer to stop displaying, see: Reset Suppressed Messages.

When you open the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window, all of the addresses in the Address column appear in bold font. If you click the Print All Selected Flyers button, you will print flyers for all of the addresses in the Address column.
