PC Access Flyer Reference Guide

for PC Access Flyer 2.00.025

Flyer Wizard | Step 4 Window: Save the Flyer Shown

The Save the Flyer Shown button appears on the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window to the left of the Flyer Preview pane.

Clicking the Save the Flyer Shown button will save the flyer that is in the Flyer Preview pane as a JPEG file. If you want to save a different flyer, first click the corresponding address in the Address column to display the flyer in the Flyer Preview pane.

When you click the Save the Flyer Shown button, PC Access Flyer displays the Save As... window. On this window, you can specify a name for the JPEG file and which directory PC Access Flyer saves your flyer to.

By default, PC Access Flyer saves your flyer(s) in the FlyerAttachments directory in your agent subdirectory. In addition, it uses the address of the listing and the template name as the file name. For example, if you used the "Just Listed" template to create a flyer for a listing at 952 Palomar, PC Access Flyer would use this file name: 952Palomar_JustListed.jpg.

If you are unable to use the e-mail program built into PC Access Flyer, you may want to save your flyer as a JPEG file. After you save your flyer as a JPEG file, you can attach the JPEG file to your browser's e-mail message window.

Note: if your ISP or Online Service does not allow you to access their SMTP server outside of their domain, uses SMTP Authentication Logins, or POP-before-SMTP, you cannot use the e-mail program built into PC Access Flyer.
