Flyer Wizard Overview

A flyer consists of:

·  A listing to supply the data

·  A template to supply the format for the data

·  Edits you make to the flyer's copy of the listing data

·  A destination you select for the flyer (print or e-mail)

The Flyer Wizard lets you create flyers quickly by selecting one or more listings to supply the data for each flyer, and one template to tell PC Access Flyer how to format each flyer. If you want to use different templates to format different flyers, you will need to run the Flyer Wizard once for each template.

Click the Flyer Wizard button on the PC Access Flyer Main Menu window to begin creating one or more flyers. The Flyer Wizard divides this into four steps:

1. Selecting listings
   
   
2. Selecting a flyer template
   
   
3. Editing the listing information
   
   
4. Making final cosmetic changes and printing or e-mailing flyers

Note: If you are unable to access your downloaded listings in the Flyer Wizard, your listings may be corrupt. You can use one of the reset options on the Reset Database window to correct this type of problem.
