FlyAst3.DLL

The FlyAst3.DLL file controls one of the animated help characters that PC Access Flyer displays. An animated help character will appear if you check the Enable Assistant help check box in the Flyer Assistant help group on the Setup | Display tab.

If your PC Access Flyer program directory does not contain the FlyAst1.DLL file, but it does contain the FlyAst3.DLL file, PC Access Flyer will display Planey: an animated airplane character.
