History List | Step 1 Window

The History List | Step 1 window appears when you click the History List button on the PC Access Flyer Main Menu window. You can also return to the History List | Step 1 window by clicking the Back button on the History List | Step 2 window.

This window represents the first of two steps in the History List.

The History List | Step 1 window displays a table of listings you created flyers for, then printed or e-mailed them in a previous Flyer Wizard session. If you previously created more than one flyer for a particular address, the History List | Step 1 window will display each flyer you created for an address. For example, if you created two separate flyers for 8185 San Benito Way, the History List | Step 1 window will display two separate entries for the listing at 8185 San Benito Way.

Each row contains information for one listing. Each column contains the values of a particular kind of data for all your listings.

You can left-clicking anywhere on a row for a listing and PC Access Flyer will display the flyer in the Flyer Snapshot area. You can right-clicking anywhere on a row for a listing and PC Access Flyer opens the Listing Photo Preview window. If you right-click on a listing that does not contain a photo, PC Access Flyer displays the History List: Cannot Find Photo error message.

If you have several listings in the History List | Step 1 window, use the scroll bars on the right side of the window to scroll through the list of listings. You can also resize the History List | Step 1 window.
