History List | Step 1 Window: Last Update

The Last Update column appears on the History List | Step 1 window.

Each row in the Last Update column contains the date when you printed or e-mailed a flyer from the History List | Step 2 window.

If you used multiple sessions of the Flyer Wizard to create more than one flyer for one listing, the History List | Step 1 window will list each flyer you created for that listing. The Created column will contain the dates when you first created the flyers. The Last Update column will contain the dates when you printed or e-mailed the flyers from the History List | Step 2 window. For example, if you used the Flyer Wizard to create a flyer for 8185 San Benito Way on August 1, 2000 at 11:40:01AM, you will have one entry in the History List | Step 1 window. If you used the Flyer Wizard to create a second flyer for 8185 San Benito Way on August 7, 2000 at 12:18:21 PM, PC Access Flyer will display two separate entries on the History List | Step 1 window for the listing at 8185 San Benito Way.

If you would like to preview the flyers you created, click on the row containing the address you would like to see. PC Access Flyer displays an image of the flyer in the Flyer Snapshot area.

If the same date and time appear in the Last Update and Created columns for a flyer, that means you have not yet printed or e-mailed another copy of that flyer from History List | Step 2 window.

You can click the Last Update column heading to sort the flyers by the dates when you printed or e-mailed them from the History List | Step 2 window. You can click the column heading again to toggle the sort order between ascending or descending. If you sort by the dates in the Last Update column, PC Access Flyer will retain this setting the next time you open the History List | Step 1 window.
