PC Access Flyer Reference Guide

History List | Step 1 Window: Print Now

The Print Now column appears on the History List | Step 1 window. Click the Print button in the Print Now column to print the flyer in the row containing the Print button.

If you would like to preview the flyers you created, click on the row containing the address you would like to see. PC Access Flyer displays an image of the flyer in the Flyer Snapshot area.

When you click the Print button, PC Access Flyer displays the Windows Print window. On the Windows Print window, you can change your printer's resolution and the number of copies to print.

If you want to change the text and/or appearance of your flyers before you print them, or if you would like to e-mail your flyers, you can select the listing(s) and click Next. PC Access Flyer opens the History List | Step 2 window. On the History List | Step 2 window, you can change the text and/or appearance of your flyers, then choose to print or e-mail your flyers.
