History List | Step 2 Window: Copies to Print

The Copies to Print spin control appears on the History List | Step 2 window.

Use the Copies to Print spin control to specify how many copies of your flyers you want to print when you click the Print All Selected Flyers button. If you need to print different numbers of several flyers, follow this procedure:

1. Click one address from the Address column.
   
   
2. Next, use the up or down arrow buttons on the Copies to Print spin control to specify the number of copies you would like to print.
   
   
3. Click on another address from the Address column.
   
   
4. Use the up or down arrow buttons on the Copies to Print spin control to specify the number of copies you would like to print.
   
   
5. You can continue selecting different addresses from the Address column, and adjusting the number in the Copies to Print spin control.
   
   
6. When you have selected the number of copies of each flyer you want to print, click the Print All Selected Flyers button.

If you plan to print more than one copy of a flyer, you can use the Print the Flyer Shown button to print a test copy of your flyer first. Use the test copy to make sure your flyer prints correctly and contains all of the information you want before you print several copies of one flyer.
