PC Access Flyer Reference Guide

for PC Access Flyer 2.00.025

History List | Step 2 Window: E-mail All Flyers

The E-mail All Flyers button appears on the History List | Step 2 window above the Flyer Preview pane. The button is gray (unselectable) until you complete the fields, check boxes and spin controls on the E-mail Setup window.

If you selected more than one listing on the History List | Step 1 window, you can click the E-mail All Flyers button to e-mail all flyers. When you click the E-mail All Flyers button, PC Access Flyer will display the Address Book window.

After PC Access Flyer e-mails your flyers, it will display the History List Complete? confirmation message.

· Clicking Yes on the History List Complete? confirmation message will close the History List | Step 2 window and return you to the PC Access Flyer Main Menu. You should only do this if you do not need to do anything else to your flyers in this History List session. Once the History List | Step 2 window closes, some selections you may have made in this History List session will not be available the next time you open the History List. For information on what selections the History List retains, see: What the History List Remembers.

· Clicking No on the History List Complete? confirmation message will keep the History List | Step 2 window open and allow you to print or e-mail additional copies of your flyers.

Note: if you want to prevent PC Access Flyer from displaying the History List Complete? confirmation message, check the Don't ask me again check box on this message then click Yes. If you would like a list of messages you told PC Access Flyer to stop displaying, see: Reset Suppressed Messages.

For information on what selections the History List retains, see: What the History List Remembers.

After you e-mail your flyers, PC Access Flyer will update the date in the Last Update column on the History List | Step 1 window for the flyers you e-mailed.
