History List | Step 2 Window: E-mail the Flyer Shown

The E-mail the Flyer Shown button appears on the History List | Step 2 window to the left of the Flyer Preview pane. The button is gray (unselectable) until you complete the fields, check boxes and spin controls on the E-mail Setup window.

Clicking the E-mail the Flyer Shown button will e-mail the flyer that is in the Flyer Preview pane. If you want to e-mail a different flyer, first click the corresponding address in the Address column to display the flyer in the Flyer Preview pane.

If you want to e-mail flyers for all of the listings in the Address column, click the E-mail All Flyers button.

When you click the E-mail the Flyer Shown button, PC Access Flyer will display the Address Book window. After you e-mail your flyer, PC Access Flyer will update the date in the Last Update column on the History List | Step 1 window for the flyer you e-mailed.
