History List | Step 2 Window: Flyer Preview

The Flyer Preview pane appears on the History List | Step 2 window toward the lower right. The Flyer Preview pane displays the flyer corresponding to the current address in the Address column, allowing you to view and optionally edit this flyer. To view or edit a different flyer, click its address in the Address column.

Note: if you are happy with the appearance of your flyers at this point, you do not have to edit them in the Flyer Preview pane. You can simply click on one of the following buttons: Print All Selected Flyers, Print the Flyer Shown, E-mail All Flyers, or E-mail the Flyer Shown.

In the Flyer Preview pane you can temporarily manipulate a plain text box, rich text box, and/or image box before you print or e-mail a flyer. Any changes you make are to the current flyer only. Editing a flyer in the Flyer Preview pane does not affect other flyers in your current History List session. To change something, right-click in the Flyer Preview pane.

·  If you right-click on a plain text box, the Edit Plain Text window appears. If you right-click on a rich text box, the Edit Rich Text window appears. On these windows you can add, remove, or change the contents of the text box.

·  If you right-click on an image box, you can select another image or a clip-art image from the Open window.

Note: you cannot make persistent changes to flyers in the History List. If you want to make persistent changes to a flyer, use the Flyer Wizard to create a new flyer. After you print or e-mail the flyer you created in the Flyer Wizard, PC Access Flyer will display the flyer in the History List.

Several items on the History List | Step 2 window affect the size and location of the text and image boxes and your flyer's appearance in the Flyer Preview pane:

·  Address: if you selected more than one listing on the History List | Step 1 window, click the listing's address in the Address column to display the corresponding flyer in the Flyer Preview Pane.

·  Left: if you selected a plain text box, rich text box, or image box in the Flyer Preview pane, you can type a value in the Left field to adjust the horizontal position of the text or image box in your flyer. Your changes will appear in the Flyer Preview pane.

·  Top: if you selected a plain text box, rich text box, or image box in the Flyer Preview pane, you can type a value in the Top field to adjust the vertical position of the text or image box in your flyer. Your changes will appear in the Flyer Preview pane.

·  Width: if you selected a plain text box, rich text box, or image box in the Flyer Preview pane, you can type a value in the Width field to adjust the width of the text or image box in your flyer. Your changes will appear in the Flyer Preview pane.

·  Height: if you selected a plain text box, rich text box, or image box in the Flyer Preview pane, you can type a value in the Height field to adjust the height of the text or image box in your flyer. Your changes will appear in the Flyer Preview pane.

·  Restore this Flyer: if you click the Restore this Flyer button, PC Access Flyer will discard any changes you made to your flyer in the Flyer Preview pane.

·  Zoom: select a value from the Zoom drop-down list to adjust the size of your flyer in the Flyer Preview pane.

·  Fit to Height: click Fit to Height to adjust the size of your flyer to the height of the Flyer Preview pane

·  Fit to Width: click Fit to Width to adjust the size of the flyer to the width of the Flyer Preview pane

·  Auto Fit: click Auto Fit to adjust the size of the flyer to automatically fit in the Flyer Preview pane.

¨ Selecting Zoom, Fit to Height, Fit to Width, or Auto Fit will only change the size of the flyer in the Flyer Preview area. This will not change the size of the flyer when you print it or e-mail it.

·  When you are happy with the appearance of the current flyer, you can print it by clicking the Print the Flyer Shown button. You can also e-mail it by clicking the E-mail the Flyer Shown button.
