History List | Step 2 Window: Keep in List to Print

The Keep in List to Print check box appears on the History List | Step 2 window.

If you have several listings in the Address column and you would like to specify which listings to print flyers for, click on the address and check Keep in List to Print. PC Access Flyer shows the list of flyers to print by displaying the corresponding addresses in bold font in the Address column. If you select a bolded address, the Keep in List to Print check box will show a check mark, indicating that the flyer is currently in the list to print.

Note: when PC Access Flyer first displays the History List | Step 2 window, all listings in the Address column appear in bold font and have a check mark next to the Keep in List to Print check box.

To remove a flyer from Keep in List to Print, click on the corresponding address in the Address column and uncheck the Keep in List to Print check box. If you click the Back button, PC Access Flyer remembers any changes you made to the Keep in List to Print check box.

Note: this option applies to listings you print flyers for using the Print All Selected Flyers button above the Flyer Preview pane.
