History List | Step 2 Window: Print the Flyer Shown

The Print the Flyer Shown button appears on the History List | Step 2 window to the left of the Flyer Preview pane.

Clicking the Print the Flyer Shown button will print the flyer that is in the Flyer Preview pane. If you want to print a different flyer, first click the corresponding address in the Address column to display the flyer in the Flyer Preview pane.

If you plan to print more than one copy of a flyer, you can use the Print the Flyer Shown button to print a test copy of your flyer first. Use your test copy to make sure your flyer prints correctly and contains all of the information you want before you print several copies of one flyer.

To print all the flyers whose addresses appear in bold font in the Address column, click the Print All Selected Flyers button.

When you click the Print the Flyer Shown button, Windows will display the Print window. On the Windows Print window, you can change your printer's resolution and the number of copies to print. You can also use the Copies to Print spin control to select the number of copies to print.

After you print your flyers, PC Access Flyer will update the date in the Last Update column on the History List | Step 1 window for the flyers you printed.
