Importing MLS Data... Window

PC Access Flyer displays the Importing MLS Data... window when any one of the following conditions are true:

· you click the Load Selected Listing Files button on the Downloads to be Imported... window.

· you finish downloading listings from your company's Web site.

· RE/Xplorer finishes downloading listings from your MLS.

The Importing MLS Data... window contains the following information:

· Download File Name: this field displays the path and name of the FLY file.

· Current Line Number: this field displays the current line number of the FLY file.

· Number of Listings Processed: this field displays the number of listings PC Access Flyer has imported.

· Current MLS ID#: this field lists the MLS number of the listing PC Access Flyer is currently importing.

· Current Street Address: this field lists the address of the listing PC Access Flyer is currently importing.

· Skip Internet Images: if you check this box, PC Access Flyer will not download any Internet images. For more information about Internet Images, see: Retrieve Internet Images. After you check this box, click the OK button and PC Access Flyer will not download Internet images.

When PC Access Flyer finishes importing your listings, it displays the PC Access Flyer Main Menu window.
